A freelance journalist, author and copywriter, from 2011 to 2015 he served as Executive Editor of COLORS Magazine. Over the years he has written about migration, disability, climate change, freedom of expression and other social and environmental issues, for Italian and international clients and newspapers.

Matteo de Mayda
Photographer represented by the Italian agency Contrasto, his work focuses on reportage and social and environmental causes. He took part in several exhibitions, in venues such as the United Nations (Geneva, 2013), the Venice Biennale of Architecture, (2016) and the Head On Photo Festival (Sidney, 2020). In 2019 he published “Era Mare,” a book about the high water in Venice.
